Forthcoming Book

4 October 2010

That's right--a new book is shortly to come out! This bok is not the long-promised He Wore a Pair of Silver Wings, but rather a small volume of poetry. Entitled Spiral-Bound Duck (which has nothing to do with the poems contained therein), the book, fifty pages long, contains twelve original poems plus twelve haiku and epigrams. One of the poems, "Flag Under Glass", has been posted on the "Excerpts" page. I will notify you as soon as it goes up for sale.

New Book and Site Updates

29 April 2010

May Day has been published and is now available for sale! You can find the links on the "Books" page. An excerpt has been added on the "Excerpts" page. Also, I now have an official blog for my writing, Daze of Write and Roses, and the link has been added to the "Links" page. Note that I no longer share a link to my LiveJournal; that is a private journal for only my friends. Please encourage your friends to visit my site and also to buy my books!

Site Updates

2 Sep 2009

"Short Stories" has been changed to "Excerpts". You can now read an excerpt from Laugh, Kookaburra, Laugh before you buy. You can also read a special preview of He Wore a Pair of Silver Wings, still in production. Hopefully in December another excerpt will be added, from my upcoming NaNo novel, tentatively titled May Day.

New Book

18 Jul 2009

This month is JulNoWriMo, another novel-writing competition, and I'm hard at work on a book that may or may not be published sometime soon. The book is titled He Wore a Pair of Silver Wings, a mystery story about a young gypsy who specializes in tarot. When a client turns up dead, she must help the detectives to find the killer and clear her name. I'm quite a bit behind, so wish me luck!

First Sales Report

1 Jul 2009

The numbers are in for the first month (actually the first two weeks, but who's counting?) of sales of Laugh, Kookaburra, Laugh. There are now officially six printed copies in existance--two proof copies, one copy ordered through CreateSpace, and three ordered through Amazon.com. A big thank-you to the four people who have ordered copies so far!
